Saint Paul
Description
The Roman Christian marble slate testifies the presence of the Roman sacerdotal family of Annelio Ruffo , as Monsignor L. Renzo wrote(quot . op . p. 57) it was used again in the XVII c. by the family Cito as a tombstone in the church of Saint Bernardino. On the back of the work , there is the relief figure of Saint Paul and on top there is a roundel with a female portrait in votive attitude ; on the obverse , instead, there is the Roman inscription dating to the age between the I century B.C. and the I c. A. D.
